Operations Manager for 3K Marketing, LP dba OG University (Houston, TX). 

Direct, coordinate co.'s financial & budget activities to meet expectations, maximize existing investments, increase efficiency. Coordinate w/ event/project related part time outside contractors tasked w/ liaising w/ service providers (i.e. hotels, venue events, transportation, & catering) by outlining work schedules & assigning specific duties when needed. Establish, implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, & procedures re co. operations in terms of events, day to day operations & sales and marketing plus confer w/ bd. members & organization officials re same. Work directly w/ corporate officers & distributors re business building issues & provide premium client account management/support plus strategy development while mitigating potential compliance exposures.  Develop pre-negotiation strategy & positioning on corporate contracts for leg of co. that sells coffees & teas thru distributors (multi-level marketing).  Assist new country mgrs. abroad to set up operational systems for events in their country.  Determine type of contracts for product development, oversee short term labor agreements for co. events held (incl. business presentations, leadership trainings, product launches, etc.). Review financial statements, sales & activity reports to measure productivity & goal achievement while determining areas needing cost reduction & program improvement. Plan & direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating w/ other dept. heads as reqd.

Requirements: 2 yrs exp. w/ business operations incl. setup of operational systems, business development & contract negotiation.
