Greetings....how are you all OG family...Just have my 7 bronze and 1 gold recruite, but I wanted to do more and give full time for this as a part of OG big family..We just reach to be the stocklist in our place and sooner for the package of the OG coffee shop , its ready to use and do the business for a coffee shop with their equipments and products..we are just lucky it is available in our country, not available in USA yet...!!! nice meeting you all!!!

RESPECT FOR WOMEN

Would you disrespect your Mother?
A Woman… I guess not…
Women are Mothers of nations
Without them we would have no generations
Within women God continues His Creations
Treat a woman with love and adoration
Cherish her when she gives you sweet sensation
Not only admire her for her physical fixation
But take time to find out her inner admiration
Handle her gently, she may purr like a Kitten but scratch and bite like a Tiger
Always strive to make her happy and beware of her wrath and anger
She will try to rule your mind, body and soul
Even change your character
Excuse her and understand what she wants; compromise with her, because it is her nature to nurture

Subject: ONLINE vs OFFLINE (duplication) Continued

Here it is:

On the surface, network marketing companies appear to be thriving communities of consuming customers all happy with the product that they are consuming and they really are, but what drives that community of thriving consumers has absolutely nothing to do with the product itself.

Let's think about this statement.

Let me ask you a question:

Why did you decided to get started in a network marketing business?

You don't have to say anything out loud but answer this question in your head right now to yourself.

I guarantee you answer is somewhere along these lines "Well, I started my business because I wanted to make some extra money and who knows maybe even become financially free."

Am I right?

Well let me ask you another question now.

When you prospect and talk to leads about your business what do you talk to them about?

Most likely you try to stick to the corporate script which inevitable ends up with your prospect asking you questions about your network marketing companies products or services.

And by the end of the conversation you've lost control of the call and both you and your prospect end up confused (usually get somewhere between details about your company’s product or service and the compensation plan).

You get off the phone and hope that by some grace your Prospect you paid a $5 call to confuse will decided to join your business.

Likely story!

Here's why:

Successful Network Marketing has NOTHING to do with selling your prospect on your product at ALL!

To the contrary, the only thing that you should EVER talk to your prospect about is the same thing that got you sold on your company’s business . . . More Money and Financial Freedom!

You see network marketing is built on financial hopes and dreams and honestly, if you're looking for business builders to recruit into your organization your prospects hopes and dreams of financial success are the only thing that you should speak to them about, so they can sell themselves on it.

As an illustration of this principle think about the situation this way, if you had equal amounts of your company's product in one hand and money in the other which do you think your prospect would choose?

The top money earners know the answer to that question and that's how why make all their money!

Here's the other shift in perspective that you're going to have to make if you want to have ultimate success with your business and it's simply a logical continuation on the point just discussed.

What you think of as your company's product is NOT its real product at ALL!

Do you think your network marketing company's product is its moon juice or long distance service?

If you do you're very wrong.

Continuing on from my last point, remember your network marketing business will not grow if you just push product it will only grow if you sell people on their financial dreams.

So if you think about it, your company's real product is its sales training and marketing system. The better your company's marketing system is able to help you generate sales the better any more quickly you will be able to reap the financial benefits of your business.

To extend this point further, eventually you'll want your downline to do all the work so you don't have to.

The simpler and more effective the marketing system plus the strong the training your company provides the easier your system will duplicate.

If you want to think about it in its most simple form, your company's real product is its duplicability.

If you find a system that is easy to duplicate and you can have your prospect "sell and qualify themselves" on their financial dreams you will have a highly successful network marketing business. For example our Coffee Millionaire System

Your Job is Simple:

Find people that want to attain financial freedom your way and then shorten their learning curve so that they can go out and do the same.

Heavenly Father, I know that you are at work in my life. Although the miracle I have been watching for has not happened as yet, I know I am one moment closer to it.

I am one moment closer to my unanswered prayers, and I am not going to lose focus.

I will not allow myself to become discouraged. I know Your timing is perfect, so I am going to stay in an attitude of faith and keep trusting You Heavenly Father to do what is best.

MORNING COFFEE THOUGHTS - TUESDAY: MARCH 06, 2012

Subject: ONLINE vs OFFLINE (duplication)

This morning has started off with a bang; we will be discussing "How to market your MLM online and offline"

We are talking about how and which one is duplicable, my answer was that online and offline are almost exactly the same; and here's why!

The whole point of your 'Marketing' efforts is to get someone to take some kind of action, whether it is your warm market, or a cold market.

And this is very important to know. Most people who aren't Sales People go and they try and sell people on what they have to offer, but when they try to do that they get hammered with questions they do not know how to answer!

Now with that in mind know this, Marketing Offline is almost exactly the same, you just have to buy Ad Space, Drop Cards, Radio Slots, Post Cards, whatever and sometimes you actually have to leave your house to get the word out about what you now have!

For me the Offline Methods I utilize are; I design my own Flyers, Post Cards, Newspaper Ads to suit whatever campaign I am promoting.

Product sampling person to person, at events, to companies and special interest groups are wonderful.

Doing a Coffee Fundraiser give excellent mileage too as it will get you tons of leads, move tons of product volumes and establish you and your business in the community. Planning the Fundraiser is crucial though. Anyone interested in doing a Fundraiser, please contact me.

Ideals are DREAMS THAT BECOME REALITY. Idealism is something THAT IS NOT YET, BUT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME REAL.

An IDEALISTIC PERSON is one who has DREAMS AND PERSUES THEM. ONLY IDEALISTS can achieve TRUE SUCCESS.

Having ideals consists of discovering an ATTAINABLE REALITY in our dreams, and THEN SETTING OUT TO CONVERT THOSE DREAMS INTO REALITY.

A SUCCESSFUL PERSON IS ONE WHO TURNS DREAMS INTO REALITY.

My word of advice for this week is:-
Stop shrinking your dreams to suit situations
In reality make situations to suit your dreams
Don’t settle for non-activity, just getting by in life, mediocrity and reflecting on past failures

JUST DO SOMETHING!!!

Just to quote the Great Henry Ford “Just keep on doing something, until you run out of failure options”

It is the law…

You must run out of failure options and then you will find the one which finally works….

I sincerely hope that for all those who took the time out to either read or listen to the last week’s Book Of The Week “As A Man Thinketh by James Allen" found it inspiring.

I found it very inspiring and going to share couple of quotes that got me thinking

1.Dreams are the seeds of reality

2.Dreamers are saviors of the world

You see all of us who got involved with Organo Gold and did so because it resonated with something in our dream.

We were not bamboozled or signed on with a shotgun behind our backs.

It connected with our dream

Let us look at some Dreamers, who did and achieved superbly. Despite the odds, criticisms, threats, lack of support in the beginning and many obstacles and challenges they persevered.

1.Abraham Lincoln, 2. Martin Luther King Jr., 3. Marcus Garvey, 4. Henry Ford, 5. Alexander Graham Bell, 6. Nikola Tesla, 7. Frederick McKinley-Jones, 8. Thomas A. Edison, 9. Mohandas Ghandi, 10. George Washington Carver, 11. Christopher Columbus, 12. Harland David “Colonel” Sanders, 13. Mother Theresa, 14. Sojourner Truth (Isabella Baumfree), 15. Oprah Winfrey, 16. Harriet Tubman, 17. Rear Admiral Grace Hopper - USNR, 18. Abigail Smith Adams

And this list could go on and on and on….

Great people, who pursued their dreams, despite all that was thrown at them.

Let me touch on one person briefly:-

Harland David “Colonel” Sanders

When he came up with the concept of “Chicken with a secret recipe”, he was laughed at and shone by his friends and family because he asked them for help.

When he decided to seek funding from Investors, he was rejected and literally thrown out of many banks and lending institutions. The actual number is 1,006 times but he did not give up on his dreams. He did not shrink his concept to suit what was happening.

He attempted one more time!

Number 1,007…

And he finally had the breakthrough. The rest is history as we know it. KFC is now the largest and one of the most successful Fast Food Franchises in the world.

So when I am out there doing my business and I meet up on obstacles and challenges. I just say to myself…

“ROHAN!!! YOU HAVE NOT REACHED 1007 AS YET!!! TRY ONE MORE TIME!!!

Those words I leave with you today. Just remember 1007!!!

MORNING COFFEE THOUGHTS - FRIDAY: MARCH 02, 2012
I know a lot of people get tongue tied when it comes to picking up the phone and actually calling the prospect that you haven't met for a while. How do you start a conversation and what do you talk about? How do you get him/her
to give an appointment to see and hear about your opportunity? With your warm circle that you haven't been in touch for a while I like to use the FORM method
of conversing. This is very effective as you don't come across as a salesman trying to sell themsomething. What does FORM stand for?
F - Family,
O - Organisation,
R - Recreational,
M - Meeting.
Start the conversation in the order given above. Say Hello and proceed to ask them about their family, parents, spouse, children, etc People love it when someone asks them about their family members, especially their children.
Move on to their organization, this is their work place, their business and basically their career. How that is going and what new plans and developments they have
achieved or want to achieve etc. Next ask them about their recreational activities, what
they do in their free time from work, where do they party, how often, which coffee shop do they hang out at after work or on weekends etc. In all the above, try to keep them engaged in the conversation as in you doing the asking and they do the answering. Remember it's you who called up after a long while. Having gone thru the above now you can ask them "Hey would you be interested in making some extra money working
a couple of hours a day or on the weekends when you're free? I think your wife would love to have a second income that she can work at from home" etc This is only a example, remember you have all of his facts thru the Family, Organization and Recreational conversation you had. If the answer is YES then proceed to ask them for an appointment to meet and share your opportunity with them. This way the prospect is mentally prepared that when you meet up, he will see a business opportunity and it won't go down as a surprise to him. This way, you will get more people willing to meet
up and take a look at your opportunity.

Later I will give provide some more information and even a video explaining the F.O.R.M. technique in detail.
