Subject: ONLINE vs OFFLINE (duplication) Continued

Here it is:

On the surface, network marketing companies appear to be thriving communities of consuming customers all happy with the product that they are consuming and they really are, but what drives that community of thriving consumers has absolutely nothing to do with the product itself.

Let's think about this statement.

Let me ask you a question:

Why did you decided to get started in a network marketing business?

You don't have to say anything out loud but answer this question in your head right now to yourself.

I guarantee you answer is somewhere along these lines "Well, I started my business because I wanted to make some extra money and who knows maybe even become financially free."

Am I right?

Well let me ask you another question now.

When you prospect and talk to leads about your business what do you talk to them about?

Most likely you try to stick to the corporate script which inevitable ends up with your prospect asking you questions about your network marketing companies products or services.

And by the end of the conversation you've lost control of the call and both you and your prospect end up confused (usually get somewhere between details about your company’s product or service and the compensation plan).

You get off the phone and hope that by some grace your Prospect you paid a $5 call to confuse will decided to join your business.

Likely story!

Here's why:

Successful Network Marketing has NOTHING to do with selling your prospect on your product at ALL!

To the contrary, the only thing that you should EVER talk to your prospect about is the same thing that got you sold on your company’s business . . . More Money and Financial Freedom!

You see network marketing is built on financial hopes and dreams and honestly, if you're looking for business builders to recruit into your organization your prospects hopes and dreams of financial success are the only thing that you should speak to them about, so they can sell themselves on it.

As an illustration of this principle think about the situation this way, if you had equal amounts of your company's product in one hand and money in the other which do you think your prospect would choose?

The top money earners know the answer to that question and that's how why make all their money!

Here's the other shift in perspective that you're going to have to make if you want to have ultimate success with your business and it's simply a logical continuation on the point just discussed.

What you think of as your company's product is NOT its real product at ALL!

Do you think your network marketing company's product is its moon juice or long distance service?

If you do you're very wrong.

Continuing on from my last point, remember your network marketing business will not grow if you just push product it will only grow if you sell people on their financial dreams.

So if you think about it, your company's real product is its sales training and marketing system. The better your company's marketing system is able to help you generate sales the better any more quickly you will be able to reap the financial benefits of your business.

To extend this point further, eventually you'll want your downline to do all the work so you don't have to.

The simpler and more effective the marketing system plus the strong the training your company provides the easier your system will duplicate.

If you want to think about it in its most simple form, your company's real product is its duplicability.

If you find a system that is easy to duplicate and you can have your prospect "sell and qualify themselves" on their financial dreams you will have a highly successful network marketing business. For example our Coffee Millionaire System

Your Job is Simple:

Find people that want to attain financial freedom your way and then shorten their learning curve so that they can go out and do the same.

MORNING COFFEE THOUGHTS - TUESDAY: MARCH 06, 2012

Subject: ONLINE vs OFFLINE (duplication)

This morning has started off with a bang; we will be discussing "How to market your MLM online and offline"

We are talking about how and which one is duplicable, my answer was that online and offline are almost exactly the same; and here's why!

The whole point of your 'Marketing' efforts is to get someone to take some kind of action, whether it is your warm market, or a cold market.

And this is very important to know. Most people who aren't Sales People go and they try and sell people on what they have to offer, but when they try to do that they get hammered with questions they do not know how to answer!

Now with that in mind know this, Marketing Offline is almost exactly the same, you just have to buy Ad Space, Drop Cards, Radio Slots, Post Cards, whatever and sometimes you actually have to leave your house to get the word out about what you now have!

For me the Offline Methods I utilize are; I design my own Flyers, Post Cards, Newspaper Ads to suit whatever campaign I am promoting.

Product sampling person to person, at events, to companies and special interest groups are wonderful.

Doing a Coffee Fundraiser give excellent mileage too as it will get you tons of leads, move tons of product volumes and establish you and your business in the community. Planning the Fundraiser is crucial though. Anyone interested in doing a Fundraiser, please contact me.

Ideals are DREAMS THAT BECOME REALITY. Idealism is something THAT IS NOT YET, BUT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME REAL.

An IDEALISTIC PERSON is one who has DREAMS AND PERSUES THEM. ONLY IDEALISTS can achieve TRUE SUCCESS.

Having ideals consists of discovering an ATTAINABLE REALITY in our dreams, and THEN SETTING OUT TO CONVERT THOSE DREAMS INTO REALITY.

A SUCCESSFUL PERSON IS ONE WHO TURNS DREAMS INTO REALITY.

My word of advice for this week is:-
Stop shrinking your dreams to suit situations
In reality make situations to suit your dreams
Don’t settle for non-activity, just getting by in life, mediocrity and reflecting on past failures

JUST DO SOMETHING!!!

Just to quote the Great Henry Ford “Just keep on doing something, until you run out of failure options”

It is the law…

You must run out of failure options and then you will find the one which finally works….

I sincerely hope that for all those who took the time out to either read or listen to the last week’s Book Of The Week “As A Man Thinketh by James Allen" found it inspiring.

I found it very inspiring and going to share couple of quotes that got me thinking

2.Dreamers are saviors of the world

You see all of us who got involved with Organo Gold and did so because it resonated with something in our dream.

We were not bamboozled or signed on with a shotgun behind our backs.

It connected with our dream

Let us look at some Dreamers, who did and achieved superbly. Despite the odds, criticisms, threats, lack of support in the beginning and many obstacles and challenges they persevered.

1.Abraham Lincoln, 2. Martin Luther King Jr., 3. Marcus Garvey, 4. Henry Ford, 5. Alexander Graham Bell, 6. Nikola Tesla, 7. Frederick McKinley-Jones, 8. Thomas A. Edison, 9. Mohandas Ghandi, 10. George Washington Carver, 11. Christopher Columbus, 12. Harland David “Colonel” Sanders, 13. Mother Theresa, 14. Sojourner Truth (Isabella Baumfree), 15. Oprah Winfrey, 16. Harriet Tubman, 17. Rear Admiral Grace Hopper - USNR, 18. Abigail Smith Adams

And this list could go on and on and on….

Great people, who pursued their dreams, despite all that was thrown at them.

Let me touch on one person briefly:-

Harland David “Colonel” Sanders

When he came up with the concept of “Chicken with a secret recipe”, he was laughed at and shone by his friends and family because he asked them for help.

When he decided to seek funding from Investors, he was rejected and literally thrown out of many banks and lending institutions. The actual number is 1,006 times but he did not give up on his dreams. He did not shrink his concept to suit what was happening.

He attempted one more time!

Number 1,007…

And he finally had the breakthrough. The rest is history as we know it. KFC is now the largest and one of the most successful Fast Food Franchises in the world.

So when I am out there doing my business and I meet up on obstacles and challenges. I just say to myself…

“ROHAN!!! YOU HAVE NOT REACHED 1007 AS YET!!! TRY ONE MORE TIME!!!

Those words I leave with you today. Just remember 1007!!!

MORNING COFFEE THOUGHTS - FRIDAY: MARCH 02, 2012
I know a lot of people get tongue tied when it comes to picking up the phone and actually calling the prospect that you haven't met for a while. How do you start a conversation and what do you talk about? How do you get him/her
to give an appointment to see and hear about your opportunity? With your warm circle that you haven't been in touch for a while I like to use the FORM method
of conversing. This is very effective as you don't come across as a salesman trying to sell themsomething. What does FORM stand for?
F - Family,
O - Organisation,
R - Recreational,
M - Meeting.
Start the conversation in the order given above. Say Hello and proceed to ask them about their family, parents, spouse, children, etc People love it when someone asks them about their family members, especially their children.
Move on to their organization, this is their work place, their business and basically their career. How that is going and what new plans and developments they have
achieved or want to achieve etc. Next ask them about their recreational activities, what
they do in their free time from work, where do they party, how often, which coffee shop do they hang out at after work or on weekends etc. In all the above, try to keep them engaged in the conversation as in you doing the asking and they do the answering. Remember it's you who called up after a long while. Having gone thru the above now you can ask them "Hey would you be interested in making some extra money working
a couple of hours a day or on the weekends when you're free? I think your wife would love to have a second income that she can work at from home" etc This is only a example, remember you have all of his facts thru the Family, Organization and Recreational conversation you had. If the answer is YES then proceed to ask them for an appointment to meet and share your opportunity with them. This way the prospect is mentally prepared that when you meet up, he will see a business opportunity and it won't go down as a surprise to him. This way, you will get more people willing to meet
up and take a look at your opportunity.

Later I will give provide some more information and even a video explaining the F.O.R.M. technique in detail.

How To Identify A Sure Shot Sign Up Prospect In MLM

When interviewing a prospect, it is just as important to tell about your business opportunity as it is to qualify that candidate as a good prospect. We all want lots of those who sign up, but keep in mind that in the long run quality outweighs quantity. With that in mind, here are some key traits that you can look for in a prospect to identify them as a sure shot sign up!

1. Contacts you first about the opportunity.

In today’s world your first contact with a prospect is likely going to be through an online medium like email auto-responders. Whether it is or not, the key to knowing if someone is a sure shot sign up can partially be qualified by who contacts who first. By contact I mean phone or personal email, preferably the former. If your prospect contacts you first about the opportunity, this is a good indicator of strong interest. Such fortunate occurrences will often quickly be celebrated as acquiring a new recruit, but keep in mind a few more traits that increase its certainty.

2. Asks lots of questions with a positive attitude.

A curious contact is a prepared contact. Sometimes contacts with lots of questions are comparing opportunities with the full intention of signing up with someone. Be yourself, but be equally prepared. Know the common objections and know your business’ strengths. And, don’t forget to celebrate the positive meaning of a person with lots of questions – it means they are serious about signing up and just increased the probability you’ll get a new recruit.

3. In a good financial situation.

Any experienced MLM leader knows the painstaking care you put into each recruit and the disappointment of defeat when money becomes an issue. While many sign up without proper funds to run their business, a more secure and likely prospect is going to be one who has the finances to hang in there for the long haul. As a matter of fact, qualifying your recruits based on this will save you much heartache in the long run.

4. Self-employment or small business experience.

MLMs take self-discipline and initiative. What better way to determine a recruit’s desire to join than one who has been self-employed or ran a small business. These prospects are going to be more self-confident and eager to make a better living doing what you are doing. Not to mention they will have a more flexible schedule. Take care to give special attention to these types of prospects as they are already ripe for the picking.

5. Ample time to devote to the business.

This is a strong component to seeing a sure shot sign up. Prospects with doubts about devoting at least part-time consistent hours to the business won’t get very far, and will likely quit. Qualify again here. When you find someone with ample time to devote to the business, then if combined with some of the other above mentioned qualities, you’ll know you have a sure shot sign up.

My 9-5 job has me sitting around a desk all day and i don't get time to recruit persons or sample the coffee to individuals. Is there a way in which i can use email to get my prospects to buy or consider joining my team because i cant call them or interact with them in any other way.

HOW TO RECRUIT 'QUALITY' REPS & NOT TIME WASTERS

Finding Prospects and converting them to Team Members can seem like a challenge to the new Business Owner. Unlike traditional businesses, Network Marketing requires mostly RELATIONSHIP BUILDING. It is a social business built on reputation and value offered by the Business Owner. Therefore, when qualifying a Prospect, it is important to introduce a social component. The following steps provide an outline of how to do just that.

1. INTERVIEW YOUR PROSPECTS

In the business world, the interview is a chance to get to know a prospective employee and assess their match to the job being offered. In the same way, a Network Marketer should utilize key questions to not only make the Prospect feel respected, but also to narrow down potential objections and ultimately qualify a person for the opportunity. An interview acts as a connection between you and a Prospect that can’t be forced in any other way. I recommend keeping the interview short but structured. Making light of the questions you ask can minimize the opportunity and create an aura of insignificance around it. In the end, you want to discover the personality, experience and financial readiness of a prospect. For help in developing questions, that will be covered in tomorrow’s post.

2. ANSWER OBJECTIONS WITH GRACE

As you interview your Prospect, the questions you ask should help you identify some of the objections you will face, giving you a heads up on what to address first. Reasons an objection should not be a problem for a prospect must be presented in a manner that presents solution, not just excuses. Objections also need to be handled with a sense of understanding, presenting the solution in a manner that exhibits grace. Anytime you can use personal examples, then definitely convey your solution through your story. Overall, don’t be afraid of objections, they come with the territory. They are merely obstacles to a goal. As with the next step, identifying a Prospect’s goals will take the pressure off.

3. COMMUNICATE YOUR GOALS & SUCCESSES

Every Prospect has a goal. These goals can be minor to life-changing, short-term to long-term, and tangible versus intangible. Ultimately, you want to present yourself as a goal-minded individual who sees not just where they are going, but the successes along the way. If you aren’t already doing this in your personal journey, it is time to get enthusiastic about little successes so you can communicate this excitement to a Prospect. As you communicate your goals and successes with pride, begin to probe the Prospect for their goals. But, DON’T put words in their mouth. It’s important the person reach within and state their goals in their own words. Most important, don’t skip this step or allow the person to talk you out of it. If the Prospect doesn’t wish to explore this, then you know this isn’t a quality Prospect.

4. BE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT

The product you sell is a big part of the package, though not the core reason for joining. However, most Prospects have an initial reaction that if they don’t love the product, they won’t love the company and thus be able to succeed. You could minimize the product and maximize the recruiting aspect, but you then fall in danger of sounding like a Pyramid Scheme. We all know new Prospects will be wary of that due to bad publicity on MLM businesses. So, make sure you know your product. Find key attributes of the product that produce enthusiasm and excitement. Don’t focus entirely on the pay structure for products, be sure to have tangible reasons this company’s product is quality.

5. KNOW WHEN TO LET A PROSPECT GO

Ultimately, the goal of the above mentioned steps is to know how to reel in Prospects. It is a focus on quality and not quantity. But, with each step there are signs to a Prospect not being a good match for this type of business. First, in the interview you have a chance to see the readiness and personality of a person. If a lot of their answers do not match what you expect, you can gracefully bow out of the process and save yourself valuable time. Second, if the Prospect is obstinate in their objections, you again can see the warning signs of someone who makes excuses not to do something. Third, consider how strong the person’s goals are, how vivid the potential is to them, and whether they really believe they can succeed. If they emulate a negative outlook then again, bow out of the process. Finally, pay attention to warning signs based on what you’ve learned from my recent postings. In this day and age, remember again that quality is going to get you further than quantity.
