Log into your account, under Profile, then click on Preferences. Make your changes there. Yep, it's that simple.

I really need some clarity on this question. what products contain caffeine and which ones dont? Cause as far as i know tea and mocha coffees still contain caffeine.

Letitia, When you log into your back office and go to your shopping cart you should see the promotional packs and prices at the very top of the page.

Well, I think the company upgraded the page adding bilingualism and nationalities, which means you have to pulse on those two items now in order to access to the page. Blessings

Is anyone else having trouble getting an Upgrade done? I would love to upgrade to Gold but am not being able to find anywhere to do that! They said on a call, we can only sign up people in the countries where OG is already established. I have some people in Africa too, but I can't sign them up until the OG market opens in their country. So, he would have to wait. I'm crossing my fingers, hoping that they will open soon too.

Check out the Buy Product link everyone. The process is not user friendly. Your online customers will need your distributor's ID# and they will need to create an account. So, make sure you let them know that they can find it in the upper left hand corner of your web page. Also, they will need to select retail sales directly under the distributors ID #

If the customer hits Join Now it should auto fill your Id#. The customer still has to change from distrubutor to retail customer and set up an account.
