This group is designed for helping distributors with technological issues, and/or explanations of how the back office system works and its many functionalities. In addition, to assist anyone with questions related to the company, clarifications, company terms, doubts, fears, and many others.

It is necessary to train our fellow distributors with any technological problem or help they might need!!!!

I am very excited and proud to announce that OG upgraded the Back Office UI (user interface).

I suggest you to revise and get used to it as soon as possible.

Also, you should watch the "System Demo" video to understand the new layout more.

@Hassan.... I'm not aware of a work around for the OG Wallet or commission payout.

I signed up two weeks ago. They charged me twice and I can't access my website. The worse part? I can't even get anyone in "Customer Service". I love the coffee and tea. Too bad I can't start my business by signing up a couple of Chiropractors. Not so sure I want to put my reputation at risk with this company. I had such high hopes!

Email OG support team ASAP about this issue. You should get the reimbursement back, if your OG office displays that they charged you twice.

Yeah, they are not picking up, i don't know why. Try to pretend you want to place an order, see if that works..

The company is growing rapidly, and I think they can't handle it yet.

Why can't you access your website? "website not found"?

I cant get thru on the phone, but they respond to all of my emails. The only problem I have is that I switched my username before the new system upgrade but it didnt carry over to the new system......

I have had the same problems. I have someone that boght a product from my website and it does not show up in my backoffice. I know we are with a very good company with powerful and knowledgable leaders but let's be honest....customer service is LACKING in OG. Nobody should ever have to be on hold for over 30 min let alone 5 hours.

my wife and i are involved with Og and reside in London, United Kingdom.

we would like to know, where and when, does the company think of opening up mew markets, if we cud get this info, before its launched, we cud get ready and start building a network in toose countries.

i have search this subject, everywhere, and cannot finsd any where that mentions, "countries, opening, ---When"

would someone, please pont me in the correct direction.

Hello, Marian, I do not think that OG disclose that sensitive information. They do not announce it beforehand for unknown reasons unless you are close working with Hulton Buggs, Bernie Chua, or Shane Morand. That's my assumption.

In any case, you can always call the company or contact them trough E-mail.
