I am very excited to be part of the Organo Gold family! I have lots of great plans and ideas and I have a great supportive team with lots of great leaders as resources. I can't wait for this to explode. I will be turning 28 at the end of this year and my goal is to reach diamond status by my birthday and live the #1 lifestyle in the world! A piece of advice I can give is go to the events! They are inspirational and extremely motivating. You need to be able to see and feel just how grand this is and you won't be able to see or feel it from someones living room or a small hotel conference room. Go to a local Super Saturday event even if it's not from your team! Bring your people to these event's and share the excitement with them. Celebrate your teams success because their success is hope for your success so celebrate it with them! Last piece of advice is that you are your own worst enemy. You will have tons of roadblocks that come your way. As a young person you have a lot of things going on and pressure from all angles. You friends are pulling you in one direction, family is pulling you in another direction, your bf or g/f is pulling you in another direction and your job and social life are pulling you in different directions. You must make sacrifices to become successful because there is no such thing as something for nothing. Those sacrifices however hard they may seem at the time are only temporary in order for you to achieve a lifetime of success! I wish each and every one of you much success in OG and look forward to meeting you great people as we make our way to the top!

9 out of 10 drivers i see on the road in a higher end Merc, BMW, Bentley etc. have a ton of grey goin`on! No disrespect to my elders, but i`m on a mission to change that in my city. Has anyone else seen this phenomenon?
