"Learning how to grow in my capacity to believe in myself, the product and the company," he said. "I asked Holton Buggs what was the difference between himself and everyone else. His response was that probably nobody else believes in the company as much as he does. Once he gave me that secret, all I've done is work on how to grow my belief."
A big part of that belief came from learning more and more about Organo Gold and its mission. "More than any other company I've seen, OG is geared toward helping people, not only financially but with their health, through the product. The effectiveness of the product has made the greatest impact on me because I see that it is really helping people. I see this company becoming one of the most admired in all of network marketing."
Part of the process is also giving yourself a goal to believe in. "One of the first things I tell people is to decide what you really want, define what you desire out of this business. Then, have the patience and work ethic to develop the skills that are necessary to be successful. I might desire a million dollars, but if I don't have the skills to do a presentation, it's not going to work. Desire plus skills times faith will equal success."
