Cosmas Magembe
Blue Diamond • Cedar Hill, Texas
A native of Kenya, Cosmas Magembe came to the U.S. in 1985 to go to school, but the dream didn't last long. "My family at home needed money really bad," he said. He married in 1993 and brought his new wife, Joyce, to the States. They started a family, but their American Dream was turning into a nightmare.

Salvation came from an unlikely source: a homeless man, living in a truck, who got Cosmas name from a minister. "He called me and said, 'Hey, I've got something here that's really good. I know you don't know me, but I'm going to mail you free samples of coffee.'
That led Cosmas to attend a meeting where he met Holton Buggs and the other leadership, and made the decision to join OrGano Gold. "I had to borrow their faith that I was going to succeed," he said, "but I was not going to let anything stop me. In three days, I was a Sapphire. In four more days, I reached Ruby. Less than sixty days later, I was an Emerald in the business."

Magembe is a kiganda name from Uganda. Magembe must be a Ugandanand a Muganda somewhere some how.I would like to meet him. I am a good student and I wish to learn the methods Magembe used to sail to all that level in the shortest possible time.

Congrats Mr. Magembe on your latest acheivement. See you in Vegas.
Inspiring story...and as a Kenyan too..I know it is possible. ...
GOD HELP ME TO SUCCEED THIS TIME A ROUND.
As Cosmos said "faith", I saw his testimonal in the OG magazine one of my co-workers had. I secretly put Cosmos name in my blackberry for lookup info. Surely it came up on Saturday with a phone number, by Sunday I made up my mind to call. No answer, later someone called me back, Monday I went to his house and left as a silver. Before this month is up I should be a Diamond!
This is just fantastic - borrow somebody else's belief until you have enough confidence in yourself to succeed- Mind over matter....powerful.
I'm really inspired and this have helped to strenghten my faith, because I believe that with a very strong faith I can actually "walk on water" if you know what that means.
One of the key words here for his success is stepping out on faith. This is absolutely inspiring!
OMG!!! I am so inspired by this story. Not enough boxes of kleenex around here.
