With Master's degrees in marketing and economics, fluency in five languages, international sales, marketing and management experience, plus two decades in networking marketing, John Sachtouras could easily qualify as one of the "smartest guys in the room." That was the problem.
"From the very beginning, I wanted to do it my way," he said. "I considered myself very knowledgeable, multi-talented. I had a lot of successes, and I believed that my way was better."
After three months in the business, though, his way wasn't producing results. He realized that his attitude was the issue. "My ego was too high," he admits. "So I had to humble myself and ask, What if I followed someone who had the success, the results, that I wanted to have, and what if I did exactly what they tell me?"
With that change in attitude, his business took off. He achieved Diamond in 90 days, Blue Diamond in six months. As far as he's concerned, there's only one road to success. "Following the system, becoming a student of the system and doing what they tell you, will lead to the best results," he teaches.
John was recently in Greece, his home country, where he had already introduced over a thousand people to Organo Gold. "They tell me, John, this is a blessing. In 21 years in networking, with nine different companies, I had never before heard anyone say, this is a blessing."
