"This country is the land of opportunity," said Luis Ventura. And he, like many others in OrGano Gold, is a living, breathing example of the truth in that statement. Luis immigrated to America 20 years ago. He gained employment first as a restaurant busboy.
"I asked my boss why the waiters were making more money than the busboys," Luis recalled. "He said it was because they have more responsibility. I said, 'Yeah, but I do most of the work.' He said, 'You are doing the hard work, but they are doing the mental work.' That clicked with me." He and Angela went Diamond in about seven months. He said their success came from focusing not only on their own dreams, but on helping others.
"When you take your eye off yourself and start helping other people, that's when you become a success," he said. "Focus on people who are very committed, help them reach the next level, and automatically you're going to get to the next one. When people know you're really there for them and willing to teach them everything you know, that's when the business explodes."

Hola, felicidades, no soy parte de su equipo pero tuve el honor de conocerlos, me gustaria saber si puede ayudarme a guiarme en el negocio, no cuento con mi upline y necesito hacerlo, de la forma en que lo ando haciendo no me funciona y creo en Dios y en la oportunidad de OG pero necesito que alguien me enseñe el camino para poder ayudar a tanta gente con necesidades, por favor respondanme solo deme los pasos y estoy dispuesta a seguir instrucciones, espero su respuesta y Dios continue bendiciendolos.
lo primero que tienes que hacer es encontrar personas que crean en el negocio como tu..mi recomendacion es que trates de ingresar a networking events como camaras de comercio, etc. La idea es de que te rodees de mas personas para empezar un equipo de poder.. Suerte
