Sam & Kim Bean
Diamond • Missouri City, Texas
Sam and Kim Bean were making a comfortable living. They had built a full-service real estate and mortgage business and were making over $20,000 in monthly income. Then the bottom fell out. The Great Recession hit, and the banks went from being partners to adversaries.

"They put a freeze on our finances, locking up over $180,000 in income," Sam recalled. "We used up all our income, our savings, everything we had to keep the business afloat." They were at the point of losing their house and cars. Then Sam got a call from his friends Holton Buggs and Ed Haynes about a new company, OrGano Gold. Sam and Kim signed on and got busy.
"Two weeks after the company opened, we were able to get out of foreclosure and two months after that, we got out of repossession," he said. Nine months later, Kim became a fulltime mom, raising their son Major. Sam attributes their success to following his mentors' recommendations to the letter. He teaches his people to learn and follow the four-step sampling process. Then, "Once they've sponsored some people and got some momentum going, I start cultivating, planting seeds, conditioning them to go from an employee mentality to a leadership mentality, learning how to accept the responsibility of somebody's success or failure."

Sam, it was a pleasure to sit under your instruction when you were here this month. And I really enjoyed our lunch (or early dinner or whatever it is at 4:30 in the afternoon! lol) You and Tyron have supercharged Michelle and me. I just wish she could join me in Vegas for Project 50K. She'll be at the next one. We promise. Anyway, See you in Vegas and I'm looking forward to meeting Kim. All the best for the coming year!

Hello Mr. & Mrs. Bean, just enjoying the new OG Univ site. I was wondering why the Project 50 Thousand announcement has March 27-29, instead of May 27-29.
